Where it all began

Hello I’m Pam, chief Baker, Decorator, Administrator, washer-up, and delivery driver to name but a few of my jobs.

My journey began when my two daughters were little with the annual decoration of the Christmas Cake. It was a tradition we did every year and we thought they looked amazing although when I look back I cringe!

Fast forward to 2015 when I decided because the girls were grown up it was time to do something for myself and I signed up for an evening class at our local college in Cake Decoration for beginners. I instantly loved it and went on to several other courses including a Sugar Flower class where I found my love and passion and path in life, albeit it at an older age!

I launched by Cake Business officially in August 2020 after 5 years of making cakes for my family and friends and more recently I have left my “day” job to concentrate on my cake business fully.

I aim to use the freshest fresh ingredients where possible and my eggs come from a local egg farm Katy’s eggs.

We had guests stuffing it into bags to take home at the end of the night!
