Hi, I’m Pam – the woman most often found in an apron feeling giddy with excitement about your special day as much as you are.
I officially launched Pam Rennie Cake Design in August 2020 after five years of perfecting the cake baking and decorating art for my family and friends. I went “all in” in 2023 when I left my catering job to concentrate on my cake business fully.
I specialise in creating modern, stylish bespoke sugar paste covered wedding cakes and sugar flowers. I am totally passionate about quality which is reflected in my flawless finishes and clean lines.
I love nothing more than hearing your love story, finding out all the details about your special day, and creating and delivering for you the perfect edible centrepiece for your North East of Scotland wedding.
I am so proud to have been awarded Cake Designer of the Year at the Scottish Wedding Awards in 2023 and in 2025 along with Cake Designer of the Year 2024 at the local Top Tier Awards. These awards for me make it all so worthwhile.
